This property is located in the beautiful town of Benalmádena, in an urbanization called Rancho Domingo where we are privileged enough to find the mountains on our back and the sea right in front.
The house is part of the ”Patrimonio Histórico”, build by the famous American architect Robert Mosher, a renowned disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright.

The little gate leads towards an ”al-fresco patio” the ideal spot for summer lunch, as it is nice and shady, thanks to the impressive mountain we have right behind us. From the main entrance, there is a hall and a fully equipped toilet, with the chance to re-install the shower tray that was once there and all connections are still available.

The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances and it is quiet new. It has a very good size and more importantly a very practical squared shape, to take full advantage of the space.
The living area- dining room is very spacious. Views of the garden make it a relaxing place, particularly useful and practical if you have small children. There is a laminated floor and a chimney could be installed easily as the piping is all ready for it.

The garden is one of the main features of the house as it is very well maintained; lush and bright at the same time. There’s a very big mulberry tree that bears juicy fruit. Plants, flowers, shrubs and trees make this space a really little treasure.

On the second floor we find three spacious bedrooms with lots of light. The master bedroom has a 4-door built-in wardrobe, a large balcony, ideal for sunbathing as it provides lots of privacy and an en-suite bathroom, with a wonderful feature, as it has its own balcony facing the mountain, which gives the bathroom an undeniable sense of freshness.
The room to the left, with mountain views, has a huge built-in wardrobe. The other room, towards the right, has views of the sea and the garden. There is one more fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. The marble staircase continues one more stretch and leads us to the solarium. The best views of the house are from here encompassing the sea, mountains, coast and town. It is totally open-plan, ready to become a marvelous chill-out lounge! The entrance and the living room have wooden laminated floor and in the rest of the house, the floor is made of white marble. All rooms have huge windows that go from floor to ceiling, made of PVC with double glazing.

This house also enjoys a community pool and all kinds of surveillance services provided by the urbanization, such as a security booth with a barrier at the entrance of the urbanization, video surveillance cameras and an intercom. Despite all the services, the community’s monthly payment is one of the lowest in the area.

This property is sold with a parking space, included in the price, although it was bought separately.

This chalet is ideal to live close to everything and at the same time be in a quiet, safe and prestigious place.
